Payment Protocol
*The Session Fees are due at the end of each session.
Session fees are due at the beginning or end of each session.
Accepted methods of payments:

Online Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express
Cheque (Organizations Only)
A receipt will be issued upon payment.
Cancellation Protocol
*Late Cancellation: less than 24 hours’ notice from the scheduled session time.
A full session fee will be charged for Late Cancellation* for individual sessions and collective/group therapy sessions.
The full session fee will be charged for No Show for individual sessions and collective/group therapy sessions.
Private Insurance
Just Healing Psychotherapy does not directly bill your insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider to inquire about included services and service providers.
You will be provided with a receipt upon payment. The receipt will include the following info:
Practice Name and address.
Therapist name & contact information.
Certification and Licensure bodies and their numbers.
Date of service.
The total amount of fees (Tax included).
GST No.
You may submit your receipt/s to your insurance provider for reimbursement upon approval of coverage.
